Craig Fadel, Pastor
Craig joined our staff in August of 2021. He has been serving in different pastoral roles since 2008. His primary role is to help the church accomplish its vision: train the next generation of servant leaders to reproduce disciples and churches. When he's not at church, he's probably spending time with his family, watching sports, watching Marvel, reading, or running.
Tom Leonard, Pastor
Thomas Leonard came as the pastor in August 2004, with Brenda, Brittany, and Kenny - his wife and two children. They live in Grasonville, and after these many years he still loves pastoring this wonderful family called Island Alliance Church.
Jordan Jarrett, Pastoral Resident
Jordan started his pastoral residency in December of 2023. He oversees our 6:12 youth ministry and 99 young adult ministry in addition to serving on the worship team. When he finds the time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, surfing and hanging out on the beach.
Mike O'Neill, Pastoral Resident
Mike began his pastoral residency in December of 2023. Born and raised in Queen Anne’s County, he’s always called the Eastern Shore his home. Shortly after graduating from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary in 2023, Mike and his wife Racheal started attending Island Alliance. Mike now oversees small groups and outreach ministries.
Karen Booze, Church Adminstrator
Karen’s family began attending Island Alliance in early 2000. Shortly after joining our family, she got involved in the Women's Ministry. For over 20 years, Karen has been passionate about teaching the Word and discipling women of all ages. In 2019, she joined our staff as the Church Administrator and Ministry Coordinator. After hours, she loves hanging out with her family, camping and photographing nature with her husband.
Stephanie Deckert, Children's Ministry Director
Stephanie joined our staff in the summer of 2024. Her love for teaching began when she started homeschooling her boys, 13 years ago. Stephanie's previous experience as a Children's Ministry Coordinator at another church made her the perfect candidate! Her focus is 'Planting Seeds' in the heart of children. In her own life, she has seen God grow those seeds within my own heart in His time.
Cosette Schulties, Communications Coordinator
Cosette joined our staff in early 2024 with a background in Communications and Graphic Design. She oversees the website, social media platforms, and print material of Island and Harvest Alliance Churches. In her free time, the Eastern Shore native loves taking walks and eating sweet treats!
