The Spirit of Truth John 16:5-15 Main Point: Jesus sent the Spirit to convict unbelievers of guilt, righteousness and judgment, and to be with us and guide us into all truth. John 15:26-27 We testify – not argue! 1. He convicts unbelievers of guilt, righteousness and judgment. (verses 8-11) Acts 9:1-9 2. He is the Spirit of Truth – He takes what is from Jesus and makes it known to us. (internal) verses 13-15 Acts 3:17-21 3. He is the Spirit of Truth – He guides us into all truth, and tells us what is yet to come. (external) (verse 13) Acts 21:10-11
