Main Point: We have a calling from Jesus Christ on our lives to walk out of faith in obedient living. (not just God talk!) 1. If we profess to know Jesus Christ, then we are called to obey His commands (v. 4-6) John 14:15-16 I John 5:3 - His commands are not burdensome. I John 3:23-24 - His command is to believe in Christ and to love one another - to walk (live) like He did. 2. When we fail or fall, Jesus Christ, the Righteous One, speaks to the Father in our defense.
