A message from the series “Haggai.” Keep Serving God!
Haggai 2:1-10
Francis Chan “Yes. it is God who works in you, but there is work for you to do. Yes, the Holy Spirit empowers you to do the work, and yes, you do the work!”

Main Point: We must continue to serve the Lord in everything, not allowing our humanity to overcome or discourage us, for the Lord is with us and will reward us!

1. We love and serve Him because He first loved us and gave His Son, Jesus, for us.
I John 4:19 “We love because He first loved us…”

Romans 5:3-5 Keep on loving and serving the Lord!

2. We serve as best we can and leave the results with God. (v. 3)
God was not concerned about how the temple looked! He says to them – v. 4 “So be strong… and work!”

I Corinthians 15:58

3. We Know that He holds the future in His hands.
