Sabbath - Antidote to Burnout
Main Point: The Lord loves us and has given us His terms for us to follow to show that we love Him and to enjoy His blessings! 1. YAHWEH has given us the Sabbath so that we may rest from work, be refreshed spiritually, and not burnout! Sabbath = Cease, Rest - Day of rest 2. How do I "keep it holy"? A. Use the day to rest physically B. Use the day to recharge my emotions - Include time for quietness - Include time for family - Include time for fellowship C. Use the day to refocus my spirit
