CloseThe Joy of Our Salvation I Peter 1:1-9 Main Point: We have deep, abiding joy even through the trials God allows, which prove our faith in Jesus Christ genuine that it may result in praise! II Timothy 1:12 1. We have been chosen and saved by God through Jesus Christ and our inheritance in Christ is kept by God for us. John 10:27-30 2. We are saved through the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit, for obedience, which includes sprinkling (cleansing) – we’re being transformed! I John 1:8-9 3. We are to rejoice through the trials, knowing that our faith is being tested and refined – proved genuine, and result in praise. Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the Day of Christ Jesus!”
