The Mystery of the Gospel Colossians 1:24-29 Main Point: The fullness and mystery of the Gospel is that Christ lives in us! Therefore, we teach and admonish everyone so that we may become perfect (mature) in Christ who is our hope of glory Perfect = fully mature 1. Through the Gospel, we become servants of God who then share the Word of God with others. verse 24 2. The incomprehensible mystery of the Gospel is that Jesus Christ comes to live in us by His Spirit, who then works to conform us to the glorious image of Jesus. verse 27 Romans 8:15-16 3. We teach and admonish, and are all accountable to each other that we may grow and become perfect (fully mature) in Christ. verse 28 Colossians 3:16
