The Spirit we've received
The Spirit we've received Romans 8:12-17 Main Point: We are to live by the leading of God’s Spirit in us so that we can die to the old life and live the new life as His daughters and sons! 1. We have received God’s Spirit by which we are adopted as sons and daughters of God. (verses 15-16) By the Spirit we cry out ‘Abba, Father.’ verse 15 We have the inner witness of the Spirit. verse 16 John 14:16-18 2. By the Spirit’s power we die to the old life and live the new transformed life as His children. (verses 13-14) Romans 6:11-14 Romans 12:1-2 A technical glitch occurred to the audio recording.
